The Face Behind The Name

Picture

Liz Anderson, Executive Director
Liz has been the backbone of ARN for 19 years. She holds a wealth of knowledge and experience that is second to none. She is quick to gather facts and make sound decisions, which is key to some of the work we do here. Liz is also our resident grant writer and is always looking for ways to improve the services we provide.
In her spare time, she enjoys following her three kids in their various activities, snuggling her pups, and shooting a photo session for someone.

Hailey Waloch, Services Coordinator, BSW
Since joining ARN in 2023, Hailey has provided direct, one-on-one advocacy and support to clients. In addition to direct client work, she coordinates and participates in outreach efforts and provides prevention education to students in Pre-K through 5th grade. Hailey is highly dedicated and approaches her work with care and intention, helping clients feel supported and prioritized.

Hailey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, which provides her with a strong foundation in advocacy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care—principles she brings into her work every day.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her two dogs.

Courtney Qual, Prevention Specialist
Courtney holds a very important role in our team as she has the opportunity to help frame the next generation. She is stationed at Lisbon Public Schools an “Empower Hour” where 7th graders will get to have Mrs. Qual for a 12-week course. This time is intended to impact individual behaviors as well as societal factors that influence risk and empower students to make healthy choices and increase self-esteem.
Outside of her classes, she has two very active teens to follow, is an active member of her church and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
