Liz Anderson, Executive Director
Liz has been the backbone of ARN for 18 years, she holds a wealth of knowledge and experience that is second to none. She is quick to gather facts and make sound decisions, which is key to some of the work we do here. Liz is also our resident grant writer and is always looking for ways to better the services we provide.
In her spare time she enjoys following her three kids in their various activities, snuggling her pups and shooting a photo session for someone.
Katie Olerud, LAC, Victim Witness Coordinator
Katie joined our team in 2020 and has been a pillar of our foundation ever since. She has a passion for helping people which led her to become a Licensed Addiction Counselor. She is a client's biggest fan and will advocate for whatever they may need to succeed. Katie is also our Victim Witness Advocate and works closely with the Ransom & Sargent County States Attorney's offices to provide victim notification and victim rights in criminal cases.
When Katie isn't at work you can find her caring for her very active little boy and sharing sweet moments with her three dogs.
Jaci Cargo, Advocate, Business Manager
Jaci started her career with ARN in the Spring of 2022. She has taken over the management of our grants and is key to keeping our budget organized. She loves to crunch numbers and help us make the most out of our financial advocacy for clients.
Jaci is first and foremost a mom to three littles and a rancher's wife, when she isn't at work, she is likely running kids around, whipping up a crew meal, or helping in the barn.
Hailey Waloch, Mobile Advocate
Hailey has been boots on the ground running for us since she first started in 2023, literally. She is the face of ARN at most outreach activities, is always popping in to hang a poster, and shuttling clients around as they need. Hailey is a go getter and makes our clients feel like they are the only one in her calendar.
Hailey keeps herself busy outside of work by spending time with her boyfriend, being a preschool teacher, and running her beauty business.
Courtney Qual, Prevention Specialist
Courtney holds a very important role in our team as she has the opportunity to help frame the next generation. She is stationed at Lisbon Public Schools an “Empower Hour” where 7th graders will get to have Mrs. Qual for a 12-week course. This time is intended to impact individual behaviors as well as societal factors that influence risk and empower students to make healthy choices and increase self-esteem.
Outside of her classes she is the Librarian for the elementary school, has two very active teens to follow, is an active member of her church and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
